Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development/Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a strong ability to engage with new business, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Proficiency in English is essential.

Working Hours can be flexible, 20 hours per week.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer information in the database.
Collaborate with the sales manager to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous interactions.
Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and objections.
A proactive attitude towards achieving targets and driving sales performance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £15.00 per hour
