Chocolate Beauty Spa is an award-winning salon and spa group with locations in Morley and Garforth. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Spa Therapist to join our friendly, professional and ambitious team and help us continue growing the facial and massage side of our business.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term career within a supportive, ambitious and growing business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional facial and massage treatments
- Building strong client relationships and developing your own loyal client base
- Providing tailored treatment recommendations and aftercare advice
- Recommending suitable products and future treatments
- Working as part of a supportive team to deliver the Chocolate standard every day
- Supporting the continued growth of our facial and massage offering
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 1 year’s salon experience managing your own column
- Strong experience and confidence in a range of facial and massage treatments
- A genuine passion for skincare, wellness and client care
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive, professional and approachable attitude
- Reliable, hardworking and trustworthy
- Ability to build and retain a loyal client base through outstanding service
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Ability to work late nights and weekends
