Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions across the organisation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and proficient in various office software. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative career within a dynamic environment.

Duties

Greeting visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answering and directing phone calls with proper etiquette
Managing incoming correspondence, emails, and enquiries
Organising appointments and maintaining schedules for staff and management
Data entry and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Filing, photocopying, scanning, and general clerical tasks to support daily operations
Assisting with invoicing, billing, and other financial documentation as required
Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
Supporting other administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth office functioning

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Good telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Previous clerical or administrative experience is essential
Organised with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
