Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Fluency in English and Spanish, along with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support.
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Maintain accurate records using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on behalf of management.
Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Prioritise tasks, maintain confidentiality, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of executive activities.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Professional, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information.
