Pay: £26000.00 per year

Job Location Colne, Lancashire, BB8 0BU,

37.5 hours per week

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Executive and Senior Management Team.

What will I be doing?
Handling office-management duties
Making travel arrangements

Organising company incentives and events
Handling Health and Safety and Site management tasks.

Taking and recording meeting minutes

Assisting with correspondence

Managing and updating employee training records

Other office administrative duties / functions as required.

What do I need to succeed?

Excellent Communication skills

Ability to work on your own and manage/ prioritise your workload

Honest, trustworthy and a team player

Have an energetic and positive attitude towards work

You’ll have a strong desire to learn and develop, using creative thinking and be able to adapt to new ways of working

Organised, with an ability to meet deadlines

Punctual.
