We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator who can support day to day facilities operations, coordinate maintenance requests, and help ensure that office and service areas remain functional, clean, and compliant. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and management to make sure facilities related tasks are handled on time and to a professional standard.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, practical, and confident coordinating multiple requests in a busy workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Coordination:
Support daily facilities activities, maintenance requests, workplace checks, and contractor visits.
Maintenance Support:
Log repair requests, follow up on outstanding issues, and coordinate with approved contractors or suppliers.
Supplier and Contractor Communication:
Contact suppliers, request updates, arrange site visits, and ensure work is completed as agreed.
Workplace Checks:
Assist with routine checks of office areas, meeting rooms, storage spaces, equipment, and shared facilities.
Health and Safety Support:
Help maintain basic health and safety records, report hazards, and escalate concerns to management when needed.
Record Management:
Keep accurate records of maintenance logs, supplier details, invoices, service reports, and completed works.
Internal Support:
Respond to facilities related requests from staff and help resolve practical workplace issues in a timely manner.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Previous experience in facilities coordination, office administration, property support, maintenance coordination, operations support, or a similar role is preferred.
Organisation:
You can manage multiple requests, track follow ups, keep records updated, and prioritise tasks properly.
Communication:
You are confident speaking with staff, suppliers, contractors, and managers in a clear and professional way.
Problem Solving:
You can stay calm when issues arise and help find practical solutions without unnecessary delay.
Computer Skills:
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, shared documents, maintenance logs, and basic office systems.
Attention to Detail:
You notice small issues before they become bigger problems and take pride in keeping the workplace organised.
Mindset:
You are reliable, hands on, safety aware, and willing to take ownership of tasks until they are completed.
Pay: £2,400.00-£3,000.00 per month
