Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled driver and furniture fitter to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be based in or near Market Harborough, need to be able to work in a team, take reasonable instruction, and be responsible for loading and unloading the van, driving to sites across the UK, moving, assembling and fabricating different types of office and commercial furniture and work with various tools.
Duties
- Load and unload the van. This will involve lifting and walking a lot. We often average more than 15,000steps per day.
- Drive a 3.5t vehicle, and have a valid, clean UK driving licence.
- Use various tools to help move, build and disposed of furniture as required.
- Follow simple instructions
Qualifications
- UK driving license, no endorcements.
- A current CSCS card is preferred.
- A first aid at work certificate would be advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
