Are you a current or alumni Gateshead College student looking for an opportunity to earn some money and improve your skills? We’ve got a number of opportunities for students to support us with general customer services and admin duties over the summer months.
Role Overview:
Reception duties: Be the welcoming face of the college. Greet visitors, answer enquiries, and direct them to the right departments.- Admin support: Assist with office tasks, maintain records, and organise resources. Your attention to detail will be really important.
- Event support: Help set up and support college events. Interact with attendees and make sure everyone has a positive and memorable experience.
- Student Services: Work closely with our Student Services team, assisting with enrolment and student queries.
Important info:
You’ll work across our sites including Baltic Campus and Team Valley.
You will work flexibly and will be given a minimum of 21 hours per week, days will vary.
You’ll be working as part of a team and support different departments.
