We are currently seeking an HR & Training Systems Administrator to join us on a fixed-term basis to support an exciting period of development, focusing on HR and learning system set-up and implementation.
About the Role
Working closely with and guided by the Head of HR, you will play a key supporting role in implementing and embedding new HR and training systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to real organisational projects and develop practical HR and systems experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the set-up, configuration and testing of HR and learning management systems
- Assisting with data input, cleansing and migration
- Helping to develop user guides, processes and documentation
- Providing administrative support during system implementation and roll-out
- Supporting colleagues with system queries and initial troubleshooting
- Assisting with HR and training administration as required
Other information about the role:
- Start date 1 July 2026 or TBC
- Duration of contract - 3 months (possibility of extension)
- Working pattern – Full time - Mondays to Thursday will be on-site, Fridays will be remote.
