We're looking for a talented and versatile Web Developer & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on, varied role that combines front-end website building with digital marketing — no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor, WP Bakery, and similar page builders
- Write and publish blog posts and website copy, assisted by AI tools
- Add and update content on client WordPress websites
- Plan and implement SEO strategies, Google Ads campaigns, and social media activity
- Maintain and support existing client websites
- Provide customer support to clients
- Attend client meetings and represent Sleeky professionally
- Create project proposals using Adobe Illustrator
What We're Looking For:
Essential
- Practical experience building websites with WordPress (Elementor or WP Bakery)
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Ability to manage your own time and juggle multiple client projects
- Experience with AI writing and coding tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Desirable
- HTML/CSS/PHP/JS coding
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (or similar design tools)
- Familiarity with Google Ads and social media marketing
- Good copywriting skills with an eye for SEO
- Previous agency experience
