Ready to step into a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same?

We’re looking for an IT & Systems Team Supervisor to lead a specialist technical team supporting critical gaming and network systems across multiple sites nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking business where you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while driving improvements and innovation.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and supporting a team responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core systems (including Sentinel & TITO)
Acting as the go-to expert for system and network issues across multiple sites
Overseeing network infrastructure, Wi-Fi connectivity, and server-based machine communications
Supporting new system rollouts, upgrades, and R&D projects
Collaborating with operational and technical teams to deliver best-in-class system performance
Providing hands-on support, including site visits and occasional out-of-hours assistance

What we’re looking for:

Experience leading or supervising technical/IT support teams
Strong knowledge of networks, infrastructure, and system support
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Willingness to travel nationally with occasional overnight stays
Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
