Shape the Future of Engineering Education
At Gateshead College, we are passionate about transforming lives through education and developing the skilled workforce that our region needs. We are seeking an ambitious, inspirational, and industry-experienced Curriculum Leader to join our successful Engineering department and help drive outstanding learner outcomes, employer engagement, and curriculum innovation.

You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure programmes remain responsive to local and regional skills needs whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
You will play a key role in driving quality improvement, learner achievement, attendance, and progression whilst ensuring the curriculum remains innovative, ambitious, and aligned to industry developments.
