Emerald Associates is a Financial Advice firm seeking an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support our growing team of financial advisers. The Role
You'll play a key role in supporting adviser growth and client acquisition activities across the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting monthly adviser review meetings to discuss business development activity, targets and support requirements
- Coordinating social media content and marketing activity
- Organising adviser events, networking opportunities and training sessions
- Building relationships with lead generation providers and external partners
- Tracking lead performance, conversion rates and business development outcomes
- Producing Excel reports, dashboards and management information
- Supporting advisers with marketing and business development initiatives
- Assisting with training and development coordination across the business
About You
We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. You may already have experience in marketing, administration, business development, sales support, client services or financial services, or be looking to build a career in these areas.
You'll ideally have:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive and proactive approach
- Experience using social media platforms in a professional or business setting
