You'll become our customers' trusted advisor, developing expert knowledge of our product portfolio. Your role combines customer service, sales, warehouse operations, and delivery duties.
Key responsibilities include:

Serving customers at the trade counter and processing orders accurately

Building relationships with customers and suppliers through phone, email, and face-to-face contact

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for collection or delivery

Maintaining stock levels and participating in stocktake activities
-
Preparing competitive quotations and following up to secure orders

Handling warranty returns and customer complaints effectively

Undertaking delivery duties as required

Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
The successful candidate will be required to participate in the Company Out of Hours Standby Service on a rostered basis, which includes cover over Bank and Statutory Days Holiday.
You'll have good maths and English skills with proven experience in a similar environment. A professional, customer-first approach is essential, along with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
You must hold a full UK driving licence as driving duties are part of the role. A Forklift Truck Licence would be advantageous, but training can be provided.
