Sales Executive

Location: Pulman Volkswagen, Sunderland

Salary: £50,000 OTE (Uncapped)

Working Hours: 5-day working week, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will:

Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Build strong relationships with customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
Use CRM systems effectively to manage customer enquiries and maintain excellent communication.
Embrace the latest digital showroom technology, including personalised video presentations.
Support Pulman in achieving industry-leading standards of customer care and operational excellence.
Ensure all sales processes are completed accurately and compliantly.
Maintain FCA compliance and work towards becoming a Band-qualified Sales Executive.
