About the role;
As a Digital Marketing Executive at TSG, you will play a key role in delivering impactful digital marketing activity that drives traffic, engagement, and lead generation. Working across a variety of channels, you will create compelling content and coordinate campaigns that support business growth and strengthen TSG’s market presence.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you will contribute to campaigns, social media, website content, email communications, PR, and events. You will work closely with the wider marketing team and key stakeholders across the business to ensure messaging is targeted, consistent, and aligned to strategic objectives.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation that you are based in the North East and able to attend our Team Valley head office 3 times per week.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
Supporting the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
Owning and coordinating TSG’s social media activity and strategy
Creating, monitoring, and optimising paid advertising campaigns
Coordinating email marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives
Producing engaging content including case studies, website copy, and campaign assets
Supporting PR activity by building relationships with media partners and contributing to outreach efforts
Assisting with the organisation and delivery of webinars and events (virtual and in-person)
Maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Reporting on campaign performance, social media metrics, and event effectiveness
Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and senior stakeholders to support business growth
Knowledge, Skills & Experience;
Degree educated (Marketing, Communications or similar desirable) or equivalent experience
Experience in digital marketing, communications, or campaign coordination
Strong copywriting, communication, and editing skills
Understanding of core marketing principles and digital channels
Experience creating and delivering engaging content across multiple platforms
Visual design skills and attention to detail
Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated with a strong work ethic
Positive and adaptable approach to change and new challenges
Experience within the technology sector is advantageous but not essential
