Field Sales Executive – Manchester
£60k–£70k OTE | Uncapped Commission | Guaranteed Minimum £2,120/month

Most payment providers charge confusing fees, different rates for different cards and regularly increase prices. Flatpay does the opposite.

One flat rate across all cards. No hidden fees. No surprises.

Founded four years ago in Copenhagen, we’ve grown to 1,700+ employees across Denmark, Finland, Italy, Germany and France, with new launches in the UK and the Netherlands.

The Role

Location: Manchester and surrounding areas (field-based)
Territory includes: Manchester, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Oldham, Stockport, Ashton-under-Lyne, Buxton and Macclesfield
Employment: Full-time

This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. We offer a guaranteed minimum commission of £2,120 per month while you build your territory.

Typical earnings are £60k–£70k OTE, with higher potential for top performers.

You’ll manage a local area within this territory, meeting business owners face-to-face and helping them switch to a simpler payment solution.

Progression: High performers can progress into Territory Manager roles as we expand across the UK.

What you'll do

Attend around 3 qualified meetings per day booked by the BDR team and close deals
Generate additional deals through referrals and local canvassing
Demonstrate Flatpay solutions and present tailored proposals
Deliver and install terminals for newly signed merchants
Build relationships with local SME owners
Manage your pipeline and activity in the CRM system

Transport: Mileage reimbursed for personal vehicles and a RingGo parking account provided.

What we're looking for

We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds including field sales, retail, telecoms, hospitality, recruitment or other customer-facing roles where you’ve closed sales.

You’ll likely succeed if you:

Are motivated by commission and results
Enjoy speaking with people and building relationships
Are organised and comfortable managing your own territory
Take responsibility for your performance and want to progress

Requirements

Experience closing sales in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
Full UK driving licence
Access to a personal vehicle
Willingness to travel across your assigned area within the territory
Payments industry experience not required.
