PASSENGER SERVICES AGENTS - FIXED TERM

We are currently offering a fixed term contract until 30th September 2026 with the possibility of an offer of a permanent contract at the end of this period.

Always fancied working at Gatwick and want to make a difference and help people on their journey by air? If so we are looking for new team members who are passionate about customer service, have a great can-do attitude, are compassionate and professional to join our growing team.

Given the nature of this role, you must be available to cover the all shift times 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including Bank Holidays and religious festivals, day shifts and night shifts possible.

Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional customer service with a smile.
Check in & boarding activities.
Ensure service level agreements are met to ensure the highest level of service is offered to our customer airlines and their passengers.
Resolving passenger queries and complaints.
Implement standard operating procedures to help showcase Red Handling as a growing ground handling company that can be recognised by its standard of work and delivery.
Be part of creating a great place to work and be part of a great company
Previous PSA expierence required.

Person Specification

Must be able to obtain and retain a full airside pass including a satisfactory criminal record check
Must be flexible
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent in written and spoken English
Able to work well as part of a team.
Able to work to deadlines to ensure on-time departures of our customer airlines' flights.
Able to work a variety of shift patterns as the operation requires 24 hour coverage 365 days of the year.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
A good communicator, both written and verbal.
Good problem solving skills.

*MUST BE AVALIABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS*

Bank Holidays x 1.33 and Christmas Day x 2.0!
