Join Our Growing Showroom Team as a Showroom Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Advisor!
At Goodey and Howell, we pride ourselves on helping customers bring their dream kitchens and bathrooms to life with expert guidance, creativity, and exceptional service. To continue delivering the best experience, we’re looking for a Showroom Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Advisor to join our Northampton team.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all showroom visitors.
- Guide customers through our product range, helping them find the perfect kitchen or bathroom solutions.
- Build strong relationships with both retail and trade customers, including working closely with our sister company, Plumbco.
- Maintain a well-presented showroom, ensuring displays are engaging and up to date.
- Support customers throughout their buying journey, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales or customer service experience in a showroom, retail, or similar environment (kitchen and bathroom experience is a plus but not essential—full training is provided).
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
- A passion for home improvement and interiors, with the ability to inspire and advise customers.
Working Hours (Northampton Showroom):
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday AM (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) on a rota basis (alternate weeks).
At present, we do not require Saturday afternoon coverage, but flexibility may be needed for unexpected absences.
