About the role
The Campaign Executive plays a hands‑on role in delivering high‑impact brand campaigns across the full marketing mix. Working closely with the Head of Brand, you’ll help bring insight‑led media plans to life, manage day‑to‑day campaign delivery, and build an organic social presence that stands out in the category. This role is ideal for someone who loves brand building, creative execution and social storytelling and wants to grow in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
Responsibilities
Media & Sponsorship Delivery
- Deliver media bookings across campaigns and partnerships, ensuring accurate setup, smooth delivery and strong attention to detail.
Creative & Campaign Development
- Assist in planning and delivering ATL campaigns and partnership activations.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of brand and tactical campaigns, ensuring timelines, assets and stakeholders stay aligned.
- Work with internal and external creative partners to bring ideas to life with pace and precision.
Brand Performance & Optimisation
- Support delivery of the marketing roadmap, ensuring campaigns launch on time and to plan.
- Manage monthly brand tracking surveys, turning insights into actionable recommendations for creative and media.
- Integrate campaign learnings into future planning to support continuous improvement and structured A/B testing.
Organic Social Content Management
- Own day‑to‑day delivery of the organic social content plan, ensuring consistent tone, timely publishing and alignment with campaign priorities.
- Collaborate with sports specialists to source insights, trends and moments that inspire compelling sports‑led content.
- Translate insights into engaging, relevant social content that builds brand personality and community.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the wider Brand Team and Digital Marketing Acquisition team to align brand building with performance activity.
- Partner with the CRM, Product and compliance teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels.
Performance & Measurement
- Partner with Data teams (with support from the Head of Brand) to interpret insights and refine creative, media strategy and investment decisions.
- Help demonstrate brand contribution to overall company growth through structured reporting and analysis.
Skills and experience
- 2+ years’ experience in brand marketing, organic social or campaign delivery, ideally within gaming, sports, entertainment or another high‑growth, regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of campaign execution and what “good” looks like in creative delivery.
- A sharp creative eye with excellent judgement on brand, tone and design.
- Confident working with media and creative agencies.
- Experience buying media (VOD, OOH, radio, influencer) and/or managing agencies across creative, media or production.
