Welcome to The Eliott Hotel, Gibraltar’s finest hotel, where we’re looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant.

If you’re a customer-focused Waiter or Waitress determined to create an environment you can feel truly proud of, there’s never been a better time to join us.

This being a customer-facing role, great communication skills are a must (you’ll field all kinds of queries, and not just on food and drink), but you’ll also understand the value of listening. Some of our guests may have specific needs, such as dietary requirements, which will need relaying to the kitchen so you’ll need attention to detail and to take care when communicating with colleagues.

We take immense pride in the quality of our food and drink at The Eliott and we hope you’ll take satisfaction in this, and being able to help our guests enjoy their visit.
