Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for Watches and Jewelry. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly English and Spanish, is highly desirable to assist our diverse customer base. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting watches and Jewelry, offering knowledgeable advice based on their needs
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays that maximise sales potential
- Organise stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is tidy and welcoming at all times
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash or card payments securely
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage stock levels and maintain an orderly sales environment
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers confidently and professionally
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: £9.50 per hour
