Key Responsibilities

Participate in a structured management training programme across multiple business functions.
Support day-to-day business operations while learning key management processes.
Assist with planning, coordinating, and delivering operational projects.
Analyse business performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
