Job Description

We are recruiting 2 Security Officers to join a professional team on a secure, high profile site in Rochester.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced security professionals looking for a stable, full time role with a competitive rate of pay and a structured shift pattern.

Pay & Hours

£14.56 per hour

56 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 7 on, 3 off / 7 on, 4 off

Full Time Permanent

️ The Role

Conduct regular patrols and site checks
Monitor CCTV and access control systems
Respond to incidents and security concerns
Control access for staff, contractors and visitors
Complete reports and site documentation
Work closely with site management and emergency services when required

Qualifications

✅ Essential Requirements

Valid SIA Licence
Previous security experience
Eligible to obtain SC Clearance
5 year checkable work history
British citizen or holder of a British passport for a minimum of 5 years
Strong communication skills and good judgement
Professional, reliable and customer focused
