Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a friendly phone etiquette to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to utilise their administrative experience in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately, maintaining professional phone etiquette
Organise and maintain files, documents, and records both physically and electronically
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
Prepare correspondence and reports as required
Support invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping activities
Handle general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive)
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good phone etiquette with clear communication skills
Administrative or clerical experience preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
