With offices in Beckenham and West Wickham, and ambitious plans for growth, we're looking for a confident, driven and personable Property Consultant to join our Sales & Lettings team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, loves property, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career with a growing independent business.
Unlike many larger agencies, you'll work directly alongside the owners of the business every day, giving you access to mentorship, decision-making and career development opportunities that are rarely available elsewhere.
The Role
You'll be involved in all aspects of the client journey across both Sales and Lettings, including:
- Conducting property viewings
- Registering buyers and tenants
- Speaking with sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants
- Negotiating offers and progressing deals
- Generating new business opportunities
- Building relationships within the local community
- Supporting marketing and social media activity
- Becoming a genuine local property expert
- Representing the Black & Blanc brand professionally at all times
This is a people-focused role that involves being out in the community, meeting clients, viewing properties and helping people move home.

- Hold a full UK driving licence
