In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for spares and parts support across our product ranges. You’ll manage customer queries, process orders, and ensure smooth communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
This role will be Hybrid. Work from home 3 days and on site in Halifax, 2 days (Wednesdays & Thursdays)
What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling spares and parts orders with accuracy and efficiency

Responding to emails that come into the team’s shared inbox and dealing with queries within agreed timeframes

Advising customers on product availability, pricing, and technical issues

Supporting our complaint, returns, and collections processes

Communicating with internal departments for support with customer queries

Supporting ongoing projects with the Technical Product Specialist
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills – written and verbal (workload is mainly email based but excellent telephone manner is required for taking calls)

A team player who’s also confident working independently

Proficiency in working with a high-volume email inbox, responding promptly and effectively to queries

Great attention to detail and organisational skills and a high level of accuracy when working under pressure

Comfortable using Excel and other systems

Technical product knowledge is a plus

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
