Sharpbrainserp is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing, brand strategy, and creative campaigns to play a key role in supporting innovative marketing initiatives.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns that strengthen brand presence, engage audiences, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Assist with content creation for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials
Manage campaign schedules, reporting, and marketing calendars
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support website updates, SEO activities, and online brand visibility initiatives
Coordinate events, partnerships, and promotional activities
Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and external vendors
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
Help maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in marketing, communications, or campaign coordination
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content strategy is advantageous
Degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
