Key Responsibilities

Requirements
No previous professional customer service experience is required for this entry-level position. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, reliability, a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
You should be comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues and able to follow established procedures accurately. Basic computer literacy, good organisation and attention to detail will also be useful.
The role is suitable for graduates, career starters and candidates with transferable experience from retail, hospitality, administration, sales, events, marketing or other customer-facing environments.
Experience
Previous experience in relevant customer service, customer-facing, administrative, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, operations, or related roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
