Ecommerce Executive / Ecommerce Growth Manager

Lenak is a rapidly growing ecommerce company specialising in scaling and operating multiple direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands across a range of online channels and marketplaces. We work with ambitious brands across ecommerce, with a strong focus on innovation, digital growth, and long-term brand development.
As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on Ecommerce Executive / Growth Manager to play a key role in driving the next phase of our online growth.
This role goes far beyond simply managing websites or uploading products — we are looking for someone who can take ownership of ecommerce performance, identify opportunities for rapid growth, and help scale our brands exponentially across multiple platforms including Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces.
Amazon is a major part of our business, so strong experience and understanding of the platform is essential. You should be confident managing and growing Amazon accounts, improving listings, scaling PPC campaigns, and driving marketplace performance.
You will work closely alongside our marketing and creative teams to execute high-performing campaigns, improve customer experience, and drive measurable growth across all ecommerce channels.
This is a key position within the business, suited to someone proactive, analytical, commercially aware, and excited by the opportunity to help grow ambitious ecommerce brands in a fast-moving environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce & Revenue Growth
- Take ownership of ecommerce performance across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and additional online marketplaces
- Drive revenue growth through conversion optimisation, customer acquisition, and marketplace expansion
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve traffic, conversion rates, customer retention, and average order value
- Support the development and execution of ecommerce growth strategies across multiple brands
- Work closely with senior management to help scale the business rapidly and efficiently
Amazon Marketplace Management
- Manage and optimise Amazon Seller Central accounts across multiple brands
- Create, optimise, and improve Amazon listings, SEO, A+ Content, and storefronts
- Manage and scale Amazon PPC campaigns to improve ROAS and overall account profitability
- Monitor keyword rankings, account health, competitor activity, and marketplace trends
- Identify opportunities for new product growth and marketplace expansion
- Work proactively to improve visibility, conversion, and overall marketplace performance
Shopify, TikTok Shop & Ecommerce Platforms
- Manage and continuously improve Shopify storefront performance and customer experience
- Optimise product pages, collections, navigation, and checkout flow to maximise conversions
- Support the growth and development of TikTok Shop through product optimisation, campaigns, and platform management
- Work alongside the creative team to ensure product launches and campaigns are executed effectively
- Help improve customer journey and overall online shopping experience across all channels
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team across:
- Paid Social
- Google Ads
- Email Marketing
- Influencer Campaigns
- Creative Testing
- SEO
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
- Assist in developing new growth opportunities and digital acquisition strategies
- Work alongside the creative department to support engaging ecommerce campaigns and content
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Monitor and analyse key ecommerce metrics including:
- Revenue
- ROAS
- Conversion Rate
- AOV
- Traffic Performance
- Amazon PPC Performance
- Customer Acquisition
- Translate data into clear actions and growth opportunities
- Provide regular reporting, performance updates, and strategic recommendations
Brand Growth & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with our ecommerce, marketing, and creative teams to scale multiple DTC brands
- Ensure strong and consistent brand presentation across all digital touchpoints
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve ecommerce performance and operational efficiency
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and wider brand growth initiatives
Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve systems, processes, and ecommerce performance
- Stay updated with ecommerce trends, platform developments, and marketplace opportunities
- Continuously test and implement new ideas to drive growth across all channels
About You
- Proven experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, or digital growth roles
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central is essential
- Experience with:
- Amazon PPC
- Listing optimisation
- Marketplace SEO
- Shopify
- TikTok Shop
- Ecommerce growth strategies
- Commercially focused with a strong understanding of revenue, margins, and ROI
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into action
- Proactive and hands-on, with the ability to take ownership and lead projects independently
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced and ambitious business environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about ecommerce, digital growth, and scaling brands
Desirable
- Experience working with multiple DTC brands
- Experience scaling ecommerce brands across marketplaces
- Knowledge of paid media and performance marketing
- Understanding of influencer and TikTok-driven ecommerce
- Experience with creative testing and CRO
- Understanding of international ecommerce and marketplace expansion
- 2-3 years E-Commerce Experience
Salary & Benefits
£32,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
