£13.55 per hour | Part-time | Sleep-in shifts required | Fulwood Avenue

Our Fulwood Avenue service is home to up to five adults with learning disabilities. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.

Your working hours

We offer full time and part-time hours.
You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota

Typical shifts may include:

Day shifts: 8am - 2pm, 2pm - 9pm
Sleep-in shifts: 3pm - 2pm the following day

What you’ll do

Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
Keep clear, accurate records
Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms

No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need.

About Leonard Cheshire

For over 75 years, we’ve been supporting disabled people to live, learn, and work as independently as possible. We provide specialist support across residential care, supported living, and respite services for people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities.
