Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate culinary professional to join our team at Chop Grill & Bar. In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation while working in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu.
Assist in the management of kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to create exciting new dishes and menus.
Supervise junior kitchen staff and provide training and support as needed.
Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Passion for food and a creative approach to cooking.

Nice to have

Experience in a leadership role within a kitchen.
Knowledge of various culinary styles and cuisines.
Formal culinary training or relevant qualifications.
