Looking for a flexible role that fits around your studies, family life, or other commitments?

The Club is a fun, friendly and engaging out-of-school care and holiday club for children aged 511 years in the Bathgate and Whitburn area. We are currently looking for enthusiastic Bank Playworker Assistants to join our team and support our children through play, creativity, outdoor adventures and everyday fun.

This is an ideal opportunity for:

University or college students
Parents looking for work around school hours
Individuals seeking flexible, casual work
Anyone interested in gaining experience working with children

Hours Available

School Term Time

Monday to Thursday: 2:45pm 6:00pm
Friday: 12:00pm 6:00pm

School Holidays (including Summer Holidays)

Flexible shifts between 8:00am 6:00pm

As a bank member of staff, you'll have the flexibility to work shifts that suit your availability.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting children aged 511 years during after-school and holiday club sessions
Encouraging play, creativity and social interaction
Assisting with arts and crafts, games, outdoor activities and group experiences
Helping to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment
Working as part of a supportive and friendly team

Good communication and teamwork skills
No childcare qualification required full support and training provided
