Full job description

We’re looking for a confident, energetic Sales Presenter to represent our fast-growing personalised gifts brand during live and in-person sales sessions.

This is a contracted freelance-style role, ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, being on camera, and driving sales through personality and energy.

You’ll play a key role in showcasing products, interacting with customers in real time, and creating a fun, high-energy shopping experience that encourages customers to buy.

What You’ll Be Doing

Presenting and demonstrating products in a live, engaging way
Showcasing personalised gifts including baby items, pyjamas, seasonal products, and more
Interacting with customers in real time, answering questions and building rapport
Encouraging purchases through confident, natural selling
Supporting promotions, special offers, and live sales events
Helping create an exciting, positive atmosphere that keeps customers returning

What We’re Looking For

Confident communicator with a strong personality
Naturally engaging, chatty, and quick-thinking
Comfortable promoting and selling products live
Reliable and punctual for scheduled sessions
Positive attitude and ability to think on your feet
Retail, sales, presenting, customer service, or social media experience preferred

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in sales, TikTok Lives, or product demonstrations
Background in retail, events, entertainment, or presenting
Experience working with eCommerce or product-based brands
Understanding of customer engagement and upselling

What You’ll Get
