Hours: Part Time

Location: Glasgow City Centre – Office based

Salary: £13.00 Plus Bonus

Role responsibility :

Responsible for contacting patients who have shown interest in refractive treatments—including laser eye surgery and lens replacement. This role is all about converting warm leads into booked consultations by understanding patient needs and showcasing the value of our services.

Make outbound calls to patients who have enquired about refractive treatments.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience while identifying opportunities.
Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and conversion targets.
Building trust and rapport, Guiding patients through the consultation booking journey.
Take ownership of every interaction, Ensuring a positive and informative experience.

Experience in outbound sales or a high-contact customer service role.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Willingness to push yourself to meet and exceed performance goals.
Resilience, motivation and a hunger to succeed.
