We are looking to add a new member to our team of insulation installers. We are a small company with a close knit team installing bespoke insulation measures in residential and commercial buildings in Scotland.
While the ideal candidate has some experience working with insulation we value team spirit, willingness to learn and attention to detail over past experience.
The role would consist of installing underfloor, loft, room in roof and internal wall insulation as well as loft flooring, ladders and access hatches.
Full one to one training will be given on each insulation measure with one of our experienced installers as we work in teams of two.
Full driving licence preferred but not essential as you will be picked up each morning and dropped off at the end of the working day.
Hours are generally from 7.30am (pick up time) until 3.30pm drop off but some days slightly shorter or longer dependent on the location of the project.
Tools, uniform and full PPE provided along with health and safety training.
In person interviews will be conducted as well as paid trials for successful candidates to assess whether the position is a good fit for both parties.
Pay: £26,437.00-£31,200.00 per year
