Looking for a role that combines leadership, events, and career progression?

We're seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our growing team as a Trainee Events Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing live events, leading teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while developing the skills needed to progress into management.

Whether you're a recent graduate, have experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or simply have a passion for working with people, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns
Leading by example and helping coordinate event teams
Engaging with customers and representing clients professionally
Assisting with event logistics and daily operations
Developing leadership, communication, and management skills
Monitoring event performance and helping achieve campaign objectives
Learning key aspects of team leadership and event management
