Overview

Looking for a change from normal dentistry? Orthodontics is a new challenge.

Treatment coordinator / Dental Receptionist
Amazing hours, 8.30am-4.40pm - NO late nights, NO weekends
Supportive team, high retention of staff, we have trained our senior nurses to become Orthodontic Therapists, Orthodontic Nurses, TCO
Job satisfaction, feeling VALUED in the team

Duties

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling as necessary
Handle incoming calls, respond to enquiries, and emails appropriately
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the practice management system
Process payments and insurance claims efficiently
Track consultations, conversions, and pending cases.
Support the dental team with general administrative duties to facilitate smooth practice operations

Skills

Previous Dental Nursing experience
Previous office experience or administrative experience is highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office; experience with dental practice management software is a plus
Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
