Full job description

An excellent and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team within our privately run 60 bedded Care Home in North Glasgow.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced EN, RGN, RMN or RNLD to assist in the smooth running of the home, maintaining and improving care standards and to provide support and guidance to the Care teams.

This is a permanent full time vacancy covering day shift, however if you require us to consider an application for night shift, part time or bank please send an application stating your preference and we will contact you.

Previous experience in care home setting is not essential, however it would be a distinct advantage.

As Unit Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll help create a warm, caring atmosphere and take responsibility for supporting residents' wellbeing, supervising junior staff, and coordinating activities that promote motivation, engagement, and enjoyment.
