- Identifying missing information and liaising with admin staff to request documents from clients
- Supporting and guiding junior bookkeepers and accounts staff
- Supporting the CEO with technical review, client work, and practice management where required

Strong Xero experience is essential, as most of our clients are managed on Xero.
The successful candidate must be confident using Xero to review bookkeeping, check bank reconciliations, review VAT balances, review payroll journals, identify posting errors, and prepare files for accounts finalisation.
Experience with Sage, QuickBooks, or FreeAgent would be helpful but is not essential.
