We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Buffet Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
As a Restaurant Buffet Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buffet service. Your main responsibilities will include setting up, maintaining, and clearing the buffet, ensuring that food is fresh, presentable, and continuously replenished throughout service, all while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and organize the buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, stocked, and visually appealing.
Assist guests by answering questions about menu items and offering suggestions when necessary.
Replenish food items and maintain cleanliness around the buffet area.
Clear plates, glasses, and cutlery from tables and the buffet area promptly.
Maintain a clean and hygienic buffet station, following all food safety protocols.
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Help with post-service cleanup, including restocking, cleaning, and resetting the buffet area for the next service.
Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or buffet setting is a plus but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
