HM Stanley is a licensed operator of M&S Food, running premium convenience stores across local communities, and as a locally owned company, we have big ambitions for ourselves and our employees.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Retail Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Store Manager to lead our M&S Food store. You’ll create an inspiring, inclusive environment where your team and customers feel valued while delivering results in a fast-paced retail setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and motivating your team to deliver brilliant service and high standards.
Owning the store’s performance, from sales and service to stock and compliance.
Using insight, data, and tools to drive informed commercial decisions.
Managing stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation.
Coaching and supporting your team to grow and succeed.
Promoting a culture of inclusion, respect, and development.
Representing M&S values and building strong relationships with customers and the local community.

Experience as a manager in retail or convenience/grocery.
