The Role

The primary role of the IT Systems Analyst is to ensure that the Company’s IT systems are functioning as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to business users for all IT systems, hardware and software.
Interface with outsourced IT service support provider.
Support management of outsourced IT service support provider, ensuring all service tickets resolved within a timely manner and within contractual agreements.
Front-line business support for the Company’s ERP system (Unity).
Work closely with business users to maximise the functionality of Unity and make business processes as efficient as possible.
Support in defining business requirements and documenting processes.
Report writing (Unity & QlikView).
Supporting and actively promoting brand integrity and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by ensuring there is engagement and communication between teams, customers and suppliers that continually drives improvement.
Undertaking tasks as directed by the Directors and/or Senior Managers.
