Inbound Energy Sales Advisor

Glasgow City Centre
Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm (No weekends)
Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £35K+)

The Role

As an Inbound Energy Sales Advisor, you’ll handle inbound calls from both new and existing customers, identifying opportunities to retain business, upsell services, and maximise value with every interaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

Converting inbound enquiries into sales
Retaining customers who are moving home
Identifying and closing cross-sell opportunities
Consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs
Delivering high-quality, compliant customer conversations

Full product training will be provided — all you need is the motivation and drive to succeed.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in sales, telesales, or a target-driven role
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
Confidence closing sales over the phone
A resilient, competitive, and results-focused mindset
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Professional and persuasive communication skills
