Pizza & Pasta Chef – Salentinos Cumbernauld

Location: Cumbernauld
Pay: £13.50–£14.50 per hour (depending on experience) + service charge & tips
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're looking for a passionate and reliable Pizza & Pasta Chef to join our busy kitchen at Salentinos Cumbernauld.

At Salentinos, we're passionate about handcrafted pizzas, fresh pasta and delivering a fantastic dining experience in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

The Role

As a Pizza & Pasta Chef, you'll play a key role in our kitchen, preparing and cooking high-quality dishes while maintaining the standards our guests expect.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas, pasta and Italian favourites to a consistently high standard.
Work with fresh ingredients and quality produce.
Ensure excellent presentation and consistency on every dish.
Support the team during busy services.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
Assist with stock rotation, prep and kitchen organisation.

About You

Previous experience working on a pizza or pasta section.
Passion for Italian food and fresh cooking.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail.
Reliable, enthusiastic and a great team player.
