Spa Therapist – Revive the Key to Wellness
Maxim Park, Eurocentral

Are you an experienced Spa Therapist who takes pride in delivering exceptional treatments and creating outstanding guest experiences?

Revive the Key to Wellness is a luxury spa based at Maxim Park, Eurocentral, with a reputation built on exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service has produced over 2,000 online five-star guest reviews and an unblemished rating.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team and help us maintain the high standards our guests know and value.

This is an exciting opportunity for a therapist who takes genuine pride in their work and wants to be part of a luxury spa environment where quality, care, and guest experience come first.

The Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver a range of luxury spa and beauty treatments, including:

Massage therapies (our primary service)
Facials, including advanced facial treatments (our primary service)
Waxing treatments
Lash and brow treatments

You will play an important role in ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional, and personalised experience, leaving them feeling relaxed, refreshed, and truly cared for.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and professional therapist who has:

Qualifications

Level 3 SVQ, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in Spa or Beauty Therapy

Experience

Minimum 2 years’ professional experience delivering massage and facial treatments
Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist or within a premium beauty/wellness environment
Confidence delivering treatments independently to an exceptional standard
Ability to consistently maintain the quality and professionalism expected within a luxury spa setting

Personal Qualities

A positive, proactive “can-do” attitude
A genuine passion for wellness and exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills and the ability to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere with guests and colleagues
Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering treatments to a high standard
Commitment to maintaining the standards that have contributed to our five-star guest reputation

Desirable

Previous experience within a four- or five-star spa, hotel spa, or reputable luxury wellness establishment would be highly beneficial

Competitive hourly rate: £13.50–£14.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience
