Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a pristine, welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are hygienic, organized, and presentable. Your dedication to cleanliness will contribute significantly to the comfort and safety of our staff and visitors. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your efforts directly impact the overall impression of our facility.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks across designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing sinks, toilets, mirrors, and replenishing supplies as needed.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with waste management protocols.
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine.
Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to achieve high standards of hygiene.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistent quality across all areas.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners is advantageous.
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures.
