Full job description

As our Dental Hygienist/Therapist, you will play an important role in helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health while delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities

Carry out routine hygiene appointments and periodontal treatment.
Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments.
Deliver treatment within the GDC Scope of Practice.
Provide personalised oral hygiene instruction and preventative advice.
Take dental radiographs where appropriate.
Maintain accurate clinical records using Dentally software.
Work closely with our dentists and nursing team to provide exceptional patient care.
Build lasting relationships with patients through excellent communication and professionalism.
Maintain high standards of cross-infection control and clinical governance.

What We're Looking For

GDC registered Dental Hygienist and/or Dental Therapist.
Valid indemnity insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring, friendly and professional manner.
Passion for preventative dentistry and patient education.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

Experience within private dentistry.
Knowledge of Dentally software.
Experience with digital radiography.

Work Location: In person
