Sales Order Processing Clerk – Export Department

Join the Team at Mirage Inks Limited

Mirage Inks Limited is an independent manufacturer and supplier of inks and coatings to the global packaging industry. We are currently looking for a Sales Order Processing Clerk to join our Admin & Export Department.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Liaising with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Preparing export documentation and associated paperwork.
Organising transport and coordinating shipments with freight forwarders.
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Export Department.
Other Office/Admin duties as required.

What We're Looking For

Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good administrative and customer service skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
Previous experience with export documentation and/or freight forwarding would be an advantage, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.

What We Offer

Full-time, permanent position (37.5 hours per week).
Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm.
25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
