Physiotherapist (MSK) – With Pilates and/or Yoga Experience

Location: Move Freely Sports Therapy, Edinburgh
Contract Type: Self-Employed
Minimum Experience: 2 years preferred

Join One of Edinburgh's Leading MSK Clinics

Move Freely Sports Therapy is growing, and we're looking for an experienced physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and stay active for the long term.

We're particularly interested in hearing from physiotherapists with experience or qualifications in Pilates, Clinical Pilates, Yoga, or movement-based rehabilitation, and who would enjoy developing and leading small group classes alongside their clinical work.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established private practice with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional patient care, hands-on treatment, and long-term rehabilitation outcomes.

About the Role

You'll work with a varied caseload of musculoskeletal patients, including those with back pain, sports injuries, persistent pain, and movement-related issues.

Alongside one-to-one physiotherapy, you'll have the opportunity to help shape and deliver:

Small group rehabilitation classes
Clinical Pilates sessions
Movement and mobility classes
Strength and conditioning-based rehabilitation groups
Yoga-inspired movement and recovery sessions

We are open to candidates bringing their own expertise and ideas to help expand our service offering.

What We're Looking ForEssential

HCPC registered Physiotherapist
Strong MSK assessment and treatment skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Confident delivering exercise-based rehabilitation
Professional, reliable, and patient-centred
Able to work independently and manage a caseload

Desirable

Clinical Pilates qualification
Pilates instructor qualification
Yoga teaching qualification
Experience running group exercise classes
Previous private practice experience
Interest in persistent pain, spinal rehabilitation, or sports injuries
